I had a pleasant experience at West End Diagnostic Imaging. The staff is always very nice. One time I mixed up the time of my appointment and came an hour later than I was supposed to. It was my fault, but the receptionist was so nice and she was able to find a spot for me to have an ultrasound done the same day as it was very important to me. I really appreciate her help and understanding.
Courteous, efficient service on a walk-in basis. Some times of day may be busier but I had a very short wait. The X-ray technician was also pleasant and made the experience comfortable.
First time here and it was a pleasant experience. I was nervous because it was my first X-ray. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. While I was waiting, she handled a very busy and demanding desk fielding both phone and walk-ins simultaneously. One patient actually came to the wrong location and she called the correct location right away for them without being asked.
The technician Lynn made my first time X-ray very comfortable. She was patient with my questions and explained everything slowly and step by step.

Most examinations take 15-30 minutes to complete.
All imaging tests performed at WEDI are interpreted by a fully-trained, board-certified diagnostic radiologist. All of our radiologists are certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and/or the American Board of Radiology.
